Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) is provided by the military to help active service members with housing costs, and can be used for either on- or off-base housing.
The Housing Management Office (HMO) will be your first point of contact when you receive moving orders, and provides services that will help you with referrals, relocation assistance, guidance for entering a lease agreement and tenant-landlord disputes.

Luke AFB is on the western edge of the greater Phoenix metro area, with nearby large cities Glendale, Surprise, Peoria, and Phoenix itself. There are several other nearby small communities include Litchfield Park, Sun City and Sun City West, El Mirage, Goodyear, and Avondale. All of these communities are in Maricopa County, which has a population of about 3.8 million people. All of the above except Phoenix are within a half-hour commute in good traffic. About Luke AFB
Luke Air Force Base is a major base for the Air Education and Training Command which trains pilots to fly the F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft. The host wing is the 46th Fighter Wing.
